bout 6-10 during favor, ectos are soo random...had 6 straight dry runs no ectos. Though it seemed a bunch of enchanted modded weapons were dropping instead. As well as great chests. Then the next four had sometimes 2 ectos dropping in the same group....
Smites die in about 18-25 seconds coldfire 80.
Wanna speed things up in UW, try not to use bonetties unless you abosulutley have too. Longest thing about the runs are just that, running place to place.

Okay i understand now, just went in UW with a cpl of pugs who each took 30 mins only to get killed at the end... i guess i've just been lucky in the past.

It's up to the monk more sometimes. Generally necros kill everything in a certain amount of time, speed depends as much on how much aggro the monk collects and can hold.

I do... 1-2, depending on time taken (using Mes for 55 or SS

).
